The Role: Project Manager

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on-site in Grand Rapids. In this role, you will hold total ownership of the project lifecycle—from the initial kickoff through final site acceptance.

You will be the central point of contact, navigating the complexities of engineering, fabrication, and installation. If you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoy the "boots-on-the-ground" challenge of keeping multi-party programs on schedule and under budget, you'll fit right in.

Core Responsibilities

Project Lifecycle Management: Lead delivery across all phases, ensuring every milestone is met from design to install.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal engineering teams, external vendors, and client leadership.
Financial & Timeline Oversight: Rigorously manage project budgets, resource allocation, and critical-path schedules.
Vendor Relations: Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of components and services.

What You Bring

Proven PM Expertise: A track record of successfully planning and executing complex industrial projects, especially major material handling environments
Manufacturing Fluency: Experience in material handling, automation, or metal fabrication is highly preferred.
Operational Rigor: Strong command of project management tools, budget tracking, and resource planning.
Communication Skills: The ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: A hands-on mindset ready to solve problems in a dynamic factory and warehouse solutions environment.
