The Maintenance Manager, reporting to the Production Director, is responsible for overseeing all plant maintenance and capital activities at the Fridley site. This role involves leading the maintenance team in fostering a culture of Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The successful candidate will collaborate with peers and global leaders to implement systems for top-notch manufacturing performance.

Requirement
- s:Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experienc
- e.3-5 years of maintenance management, reliability, or project leadership experienc
