About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Dev Lead to provide architect-level expertise, design scalable enterprise solutions, and guide a high-performing development team. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation in Salesforce implementations within the financial services sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and hands-on development across FSC, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs and lead full SDLC delivery
- Architect and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI-driven workflows and automati
- onDefine and govern integration architecture (APIs, eventing) and secure data models
- Lead DevOps strategy (CI/CD, environment management) and troubleshoot production issues
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and enforce engineering best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of Salesforce development leadership experience, ideally in financial services
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, APIs, OmniStudio, and Data Cloud
- Proven track record in enterprise solution design, integrations, and secure architecture
Certifications
- Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, Financial Services Cloud
