Neon Aero is building next-generation aerospace systems by combining electrical, mechanical, software engineering, and AI-driven design. We're developing advanced lightweight propellers, rotors, actuators, and electromechanical systems—and we move fast.
We're hiring an Electrical Engineer to own the design, architecture, and delivery of complex flight-critical hardware from concept through production.
What you'll do
- Own electrical system architecture across multi-domain aerospace programs
- Design power electronics, embedded, mixed-signal, and control hardware
- Develop PCB designs (Altium or equivalent) with strong SI/PI and EMI/EMC discipline
- Drive systems into production (DFM/DFT/DFA, supplier collaboration, validation)
- Lead bring-up, debugging, and system-level hardware validation
What we're looking for
- 8+ years building complex electronic hardware systems
- Proven experience taking hardware into production
- Strong background in:
- Power electronics & embedded systems
- PCB design and layout
- EMI/EMC, signal & power integrity
- Communication buses (CAN, RS-485, ARINC, etc.)
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, robotics, or similarly demanding hardware environments
If you want to build flight-critical hardware that actually ships, we'd love to hear from you.
