HVAC Project Manager – Salary based on experience between $125k to 175k

Responsibilities

Manage HVAC construction projects from startup through closeout
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project scope
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and schedules
Prepare and monitor project budgets, labor projections, and cost tracking
Work closely with field supervisors, foremen, and office staff
Attend project meetings with owners, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors
Prepare and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Monitor project progress and ensure schedules are maintained
Identify and resolve project issues proactively
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Manage customer relationships and maintain professional communication
Assist with closeout documentation
Support estimating and turnover processes when needed

Qualifications

Experience in HVAC project management or mechanical construction management
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project coordination
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel
Experience with commercial HVAC projects
Knowledge of union labor and prevailing wage requirements
Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
