Your Impact: Full responsibility for sales development and customer service in a remote and consultative model. The person in this position will serve as the main point of contact for clients and distribution partners, leading the sales process from identifying customer needs through preparing solutions and negotiations to finalizing orders and maintaining business relationships. The position combines technical and sales competencies. Requires an understanding of products and the ability to translate their functionality into business value for the customer.
Your scope of duties:
- Customer relationship management
- Maintaining current and long-term contact with customers (remote 80% of time, personal 20% of time). Serving as the main point of contact (SPOC) for customers and ensuring high-quality sales process service. Building and developing relationships with customers and distribution partners. Handling customer inquiries and providing product and technical advice for electricians' segment customers. Conducting the sales process
- Identifying customer needs and leading sales in a consultative model (consultative selling). Developing commercial offers, preparing quotes, and establishing sales terms. Conducting business negotiations and finalizing orders. Creating and managing budgets for sales opportunities (opportunities). Managing the sales pipeline and market analysis
- Regular work in the CRM system (Salesforce): updating customer data, registering sales activities, and managing the portfolio of projects (pipeline management). Monitoring the market and competitors' activities and identifying new sales opportunities. Achieving established sales plans and individual development goals.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales (preferred electrical, electrical engineering, or technical industry). Ability to conduct business negotiations. Highly developed communication skills and relationship building. Experience working with CRM systems (knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage). Willingness for occasional business trips. Category B driver's license - necessary for occasional client visits. Proficiency in English at a communicative level (minimum B1). Proficiency in Polish at a C1 level.
- Preferred: Experience working with distribution partners in the electrical engineering market. Experience in remote work (Remote / Inside Sales) model. Experience in consultative sales of technical solutions. Ability to read technical documentation and work on project specifications.
