What You’ll Do
Organize and manage backend business operations
Assist with daily administrative tasks and workflow coordination
Create proposals and estimates for clients
Send invoices and track completed work
Monitor open projects and assist with scheduling
Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic business software
