Job Title
This is an administrative and supervisory position responsible for customer contact work involving coordination, shipping, recording, and updating of customer orders and cancellations.
Job Requirements
Records, adjusts and updates shipping schedules, new orders, shipping volume, and order changes
Advise appropriate personnel of order changes
Communicates any issues or delays in shipments to impacted areas with corrective action plans and timings for resolution
Resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and effectively
Reports sourcing
Maintains inventory, which includes keeping records in an inventory management system, acquiring additional stock as required, and distributing items from stock to fulfill requisitions.
Ensures safe operation of equipment used to move and transport materials to and from the storage areas of the facility.
Organizes and coordinates activities and staff schedules, ensuring fulfillment goals are met and that shipments are timely, accurate, and undamaged.
Collaborates with managers and other departments to develop and modify materials handling processes and procedures.
Supervise, train, coach, and develop the material handling/warehouse team
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Review purchase order claims for conformance to company policy
Resolve any invoices issues with the suppliers
Resolve any delivery/material issues with the suppliers
Ensure on time delivery from all suppliers
Direct and coordinate activities of buying and distributing material, equipment, machinery, and supplies
