MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Senior Facility Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manages and directs the daily operations of facility infrastructure, ensuring all building systems meet organizational and safety standards.
- Monitor the use of materials and human resources to achieve operational goals while managing facility maintenance budgets.
- Implement organizational policies and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure uninterrupted facility services and administrative support.
- Directs the execution of facility projects and RMI activities for special operations command centers within the Pacific AOR.
- Evaluate regional facility status reports to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.
- Lead the coordination of local service providers and engineers to resolve complex facility deficiencies affecting theater operations.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Experience in formal document approval and quality gate oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or a related field.
- Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) or similar DoD agencies.
- Knowledge of MIL-STD facility maintenance and security protocols.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must hold an active Confidential clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$239,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
