We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Automatic Machining & Assembly Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machining & assembly line machinery. This role demands precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.
Machine Operation: Operate, adjustment and monitor automatic machining & assembly lines to ensure a efficient and high quality production process
Quality Assurance: Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality
Adjust and Change of Cutting tools at the CNCs
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machining & assembly cells to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Process Optimization: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality
Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections.
Communication: In-depth communication with the quality departments to ensure high component quality
Requirement:
Bachelors degree preferred
3+ yrs experience Operating automatic machining & Assembly processes
Advanced CNC Programming skills
ABB / Fanuc Robots Handling
