The Opportunity
- You'll play a key role on a landmark education construction project, taking ownership of technically complex scopes from coordination through delivery.
- This is a major institutional build with a substantial MEP package exceeding $50M, requiring an experienced Superintendent who can lead from the front, drive subcontractor performance, and manage high-level coordination across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in commercial construction
- Strong Superintendent experience on large-scale projects
- Heavy MEP coordination experience preferred
- Experience managing complex building systems, inspections, and subcontractors
- K-12, healthcare, or large institutional project experience highly preferred
- Ability to lead technically demanding scopes while maintaining schedule and quality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Stable career history with long-term tenures preferred
