Job Description:
Interacts with clients, ensuring successful delivery of services and
high customer satisfaction. This role acts as the primary contact for Mid-Market Platinum
Customers.

- Manage Client Relationships and Communications.
- Resolve issues and escalate risks
- Monitor engagement performance and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SLO benchmarks.
