Pay & Schedule
- $106K+ starting compensation
- Total Average Annual Earnings in 1st year is $130K with bonus scruture
- Top Performers: $160K+
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- 4-on / 4-off schedule
- Alternating days and nights
- Overtime available
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment
- Work with motors, controls, drives, transformers, and power systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Support production uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Work safely in a heavy industrial setting
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of motors, controls, and electrical systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
Preferred Experience
- Heavy industrial manufacturing
- PLC exposure (Allen Bradley or Siemens)
- VFDs and automation systems
- Navy Nuclear or military technical background
- Mechatronics or technical degree
