Role Purpose
You open the door to new business for SANDSIV by
finding, engaging, and qualifying the right prospects in our target markets . Your work creates a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities that fuel our sales growth and expand our presence in the CXM market.
Key Responsibilities
Research and plan targeted outbound campaigns for your sales region
Engage decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and phone to spark relevant conversations
Qualify prospects against SANDSIV’s ideal customer profile and pass to the sales team
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with all prospect activity
Work with Marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and content
Build and maintain relationships with early-stage prospects to keep them engaged
Achieve or exceed monthly outreach, meeting, and pipeline creation targets
Share market feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and approach
Required Skills & Experience
Native-level German
Strong written and verbal communication
Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and metrics
Preferred:
Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in CX or VoC software
Understanding of multi-channel outbound sales strategies
Resilient and driven to meet outreach and pipeline goals
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Organised and able to manage multiple prospects and priorities
Curious and eager to learn about customer challenges and market trends
Adaptable to shifting priorities and new approaches
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Collaborative, working effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams
