Requirements:
- 10+ years in industrial plant operations (recycling, battery, metals, or chemical processing)
- 5+ years supervising teams
- Experience with automated process equipment and troubleshooting
- Strong safety knowledge (OSHA, Hazmat, RCRA)
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime
