Duties and Responsibilities: | |
- Mops and scrubs floors, dust furniture, cleans elevators, cleans restrooms, replaces restroom supplies, disposes of wastepaper.

- Cuts grass, shovels snow, sweeps and cleans walks, keeps outside premises in order.
| |
- Replaces light bulbs and makes minor repairs in and around the facility grounds.
| |
- Moves furniture and equipment; receives supplies and delivers to the facility.
- Keeps inventory of cleaning supplies and places orders.
- Performs related duties as required or assigned.

Language Skills: - Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively orally with staff and clients as needed.
Skills: - Ability to learn materials, methods, and practices used in cleaning operations.
- Ability to learn the operation and care of various cleaning machinery.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to lift or move with equipment up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Requirements/Education: | |
- Prior experience in maintenance or janitorial work.

- High School Diploma or GED.
