Position Summar
yWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will assist with resident relations, leasing support, rent collections, administrative duties, and property operations while helping to ensure an exceptional living experience for residents. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibiliti
- esAssist the Property Manager with the overall operations of the apartment communit
- y.Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective resident
- s.Support leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and processing application
- s.Manage resident communications and help resolve concerns in a professional and timely manne
- r.Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, and resident account reconciliatio
- n.Process move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and resident documentatio
- n.Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulation
- s.Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure work orders and resident requests are addressed promptl
- y.Prepare reports, update property management software, and assist with administrative function
- s.Help monitor occupancy, resident retention, and community performance metric
- s.Participate in resident events and community engagement initiative
s.Qualificatio
- ns1+ years of experience in multifamily property management, leasing, customer service, or a related field preferre
- d.Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- s.Excellent organizational and time management abilitie
- s.Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, OneSite, Entrata, or similar) is a plu
- s.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit
- e.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independentl
- y.Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and multifamily operations preferre
