A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment maintenance operations. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, managing preventative maintenance programs, and leading a skilled maintenance team.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of maintenance management experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Experience with CMMS and preventative maintenance programs
- Proven troubleshooting, team leadership, and continuous improvement skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the maintenance team
- Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs
- Oversee equipment repairs and facility maintenance
- Control maintenance budgets and inventory
- Ensure OSHA compliance and promote workplace safety
- Analyze downtime trends and implement process improvements
