International Company located in the Chicago loop has an amazing opportunity for a dynamic hands-on Human Resources Manager to support HR Operations. The Human Resources Manager will manage employe relations, performance management, recruiting, training, payroll and reporting. This is a hybrid position and pay range is $100k-$120k plus bonus and client offers benefits that include: medical, dental, vision, short and long term, life, and 401k.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Local HR Operations
- Own and execute all HR functions for the business segment. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Collaborate closely with various teams and leaders to shape a workplace culture that supports performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with international HR team in Europe Headquarters to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention
- Learning & Development
- Coordinate and deliver training programs for employees, focusing on core skills and/or leadership readiness. Identify internal development opportunities and support career progression.
- Manage compensation and incentive frameworks.
- Manage benefit administration
- Guide leaders through budgeting, pay planning, and implementation.
- Drive Policy & Compliance
- Interpret and enforce company policies with clarity and consistency.
- Recruitment & Onboarding Excellence
- Lead recruitment efforts using a variety of sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Oversee interviewing and selection processes, and ensure onboarding is thorough, welcoming, and aligned with company values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Bilingual Skills in Spanish, Italian and Polish highly desirable
- 7+ years of HR experience.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for improving the employee experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS- SAP Success Factors
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
