CMC is growing its bench of Electrical Engineers and looking for someone to design and implement electrical test systems.
You work on complex, electromechanical test setups that verify functional performance of systems in aerospace, defense and industrial applications.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret requirements and design electrical systems to meet functional and operational test goals.
- Select and implement power supplies, A/D cards, sensors, and actuators for test setups.
- Create internal wiring diagrams, cabling, harnesses, and electronic enclosures.
- Implement signal conditioning, grounding, shielding, and EMI control in test systems.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate electrical solutions with mechanical and software subsystems.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Strong electronics and analog design fundamentals.
- Experience with DAQ, signal conditioning, and sensor interfacing.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems, power distribution, and motor controls.
- Ability to read requirements and translate them into electrical designs.
- Experience with cable harnessing, wiring diagrams, and enclosure design.
If you are a self-sufficient electrical engineer who thrives on solving complex test-system challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
