As a Master Scheduler you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the master production schedule for the operations to ensure customer demand is met while optimizing production capacity, inventory levels, and material availability. This role coordinates closely with production, planning, purchasing, shipping and customer service to balance demand with manufacturing capabilities and drive on-time delivery performance. Job Details Bachelors degree in Supply chain management or similar discipline preferred. 5 + years of proven experience in automotive manufacturing production scheduling required. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms; experience with MRP is essential. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, process improvement methodologies, and supply chain analytics. Mechanical knowledge or background in assembly processes is highly advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage complex production schedules while balancing quality control and delivery deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Prior experience utilizing supply chain management tools to analyze data and implement strategic improvements.
