Job Title: Concrete Lead (TRAVELLING ROLE!)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Lead to lead residential and/or commercial concrete projects across Iowa and surrounding states. This position requires hands-on leadership, quality workmanship, and the ability to manage crews while meeting safety and production goals. Travel is required, with hotel accommodations provided.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead concrete crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities to ensure productivity and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications
- Ensure proper forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete
- Operate and oversee the use of concrete tools and equipment
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on concrete experience (residential or commercial)
- Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and placement
- Ability to manage and motivate a crew
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight during the work week
Work Environment
- Travelling to surrounding states by Iowa, some projects are in Iowa as well
- Stayin gin a hotel that is paid for Monday-Friday

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Iowa City, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
