Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support electrical and electronic products with a focus on reliability, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, drawings, specifications, and product certification requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues and provide technical support to manufacturing, service, sales, and customers.
- Develop testing procedures and support product validation, quality, and compliance efforts.
- Manage engineering changes (ECRs/ECNs) and drive product improvements related to quality, performance, reliability, and cost.
- Research, evaluate, and implement replacement components for obsolete or unavailable parts.
- Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methods to eliminate waste, improve processes, and enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve efficiency, and support business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
