Job Full Description Title: Warehouse Lead Pay: $18.50/hour Hours: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Location: Texarkana, TX Full Benefits Package Job Description: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Lead for a growing company in Texarkana, TX. This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading a small team while remaining hands-on in daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Lead will oversee 2-3 warehouse employees, coordinate daily workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a safe and productive work environment. This position works with carbon black products, resulting in a dirty work environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in industrial conditions and performing physical labor throughout the day. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of 2-3 warehouse associates
Coordinate daily warehouse activities and prioritize workloads
Receive, store, and distribute materials and products
Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking, shipping, receiving, and reporting
Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness standards are maintained
Train and assist team members with warehouse procedures and safety practices
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience required
Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse or inventory software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead others effectively
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a dusty and dirty industrial environment
