Supporting the Product and Engineering organizations, the full-time Technical Talent Partner will lead full-cycle technical recruiting and serve as a People Partner, focusing on onboarding, performance management, and culture-building in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Own full-cycle technical recruiting for various roles, including Software Engineering and Product Management, while maintaining warm talent pipelines across multiple regions
Act as the primary People Partner for Product and Engineering managers, assisting with performance conversations and retention efforts
Oversee the offer to start date experience for new technical hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining accurate employee data
Required qualifications
3 to 5 years of recruiting experience in SaaS or software companies, with a focus on technical talent
Experience supporting broader People or HRBP work, with a demonstrated interest in HR practices
Familiarity with recruiting internationally, particularly in India and LATAM, including knowledge of regional market dynamics
Working knowledge of HR systems, preferably Rippling, and experience with AI tools in recruiting workflows
An HR degree, HR certification, or a strong interest in the HR field with a desire for career growth
