We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to schedule and coordinate schedules. This role involves handling high-risk permits, communicating with all parties to coordinate and revise schedules as needed, and ensuring all paperwork is updated and transmitted to all relevant parties. Details: • Pay: $25-$28 per hour • Location: Buena Park, CA • Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM Requirements: 1-3+ years of administrative, project coordination, document control, or office support experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for completeness and accuracy. Experience handling high-volume data entry, document management, and filing systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written communication skills for preparing correspondence and agency submissions. Preferred: Experience working with databases, ERP systems, CRM systems, or project management software preferred. Experience in environmental, construction, engineering, compliance, or field service industries is a plus. KPG123
