The schedule offers flexibility, allowing choices of 5-8 hour days, 4-9 hour plus one 4-hour day, or 4-10 hour days, aligning with current staff schedules. The role includes rotating weekend coverage, typically 1-2 weekends per month, with advanced notice provided by 5:00 PM on Friday. Weekend service requirements range from 30-50% of the time, giving the therapist control over their weekend schedule. The contract duration is 8-13 weeks, starting on 04/06/2026.
