What You'll Do
This is a fast-paced, phone-forward role. You'll live on the front lines of the market, building the kind of relationships that turn into long-term partnerships and repeat wins. Specifically, you'll:
- Hunt for talent — source, search, contact, interview, and qualify engineering professionals against client requirements, then prep resumes and run reference checks.
- Market top candidates — champion both newly discovered talent and current Protingent engineers wrapping up assignments.
- Partner with Account Managers to retain and re-deploy our best people.
- Build a referral engine by turning every great conversation into your next great lead.
- Own your pipeline — keep candidate backgrounds and contact info sharp and current in our database.
- Be a brand ambassador — represent Protingent with energy and professionalism, and sell our services to prospective candidates.
- Communicate like a pro — clear, confident, two-way communication with internal teams and external clients alike, written and verbal.
- Know your market — stay on top of industry trends, our space and energy focus, and the emerging technologies driving demand.
What We're Looking For
- A tenacious self-starter with a competitive streak and a drive to win
- Prior technical recruiting experience preferred
- A proven track record of building strong professional relationships
- Technical aptitude (a real plus — you'll be talking to engineers)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
