We are seeking an experienced Quality/Test Engineer to support product quality, testing, troubleshooting, and customer-focused quality initiatives within a highly collaborative engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, electrical diagnostics, and product support, with the ability to analyze technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality standards, testing procedures, and reliability programs.
- Design sampling methods and quality data collection processes.
- Analyze product performance, quality trends, and customer-reported issues.
- Evaluate production equipment, testing systems, and measurement tools for accuracy and precision.
- Collaborate with engineering, product support, and dealer teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and engineering reports.
- Conduct root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Create quality documentation, training materials, and technical reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality control activities.
- Monitor product reliability and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Testing, Product Support, or a related discipline.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with electronic systems and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
