Overview
Join a leading manufacturer in a high-volume, vertically integrated production environment. This hands-on Process Engineer role supports assembly and finishing operations, driving improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing processes related to safety, quality, throughput, and cost
- Support assembly and finishing lines through troubleshooting and process optimization
- Conduct time studies, capability studies, and root cause analysis
- Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives
- Develop work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and process documentation
- Support equipment implementation and cross-functional engineering projects
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field
- 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, process mapping, and continuous improvement
- Background in metal fabrication, stamping, forming, or finishing environments preferred
- Creo and AutoCAD experience a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $85,000–$105,000 annually
