We're hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on ground-up multifamily projects. This role is responsible for daily quality control, coordinating inspections, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily site walks to monitor quality, safety, and schedule
- Coordinate and walk inspections and unit turns
- Assist in managing subcontractors, site logistics, and safety compliance
- Support project scheduling, material coordination, and overall field operations
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec
Qualifications
- 6 months–2 years of construction experience (multifamily preferred)
- Ability to read plans and construction documents
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with basic technology (MS Office, field software)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
