Associate Area Business Analyst (Remote) – Smith+Nepphew.

Responsibilities
Partner with field sales leadership to deliver clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making.
Analyze sales, market, pipeline, territory, and customer performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
Translate complex analysis into clear, executive‑ready insights that drive decisions.
Support core business rhythms such as forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and territory planning.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and centralized Analytics teams.
Challenge assumptions and influence outcomes through data‑driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales or Market Analysis, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a similar commercial role.
Experience working with sales teams or field leadership and the ability to build strong, credible relationships.
Strong problem structuring, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations.
Confident communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with CRM data such as Salesforce, and experience using Power BI, AI tools, or basic SQL to enhance analysis and insight delivery is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected hiring range for this position is $74,000 to $85,000. This position may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
