Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours that showcase community amenities, apartment features, and lifestyle benefits.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage the full leasing cycle, from initial prospect contact through application processing and lease execution.
- Advertise available apartment homes across multiple platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, applications, leases, and resident communications.
- Support marketing, outreach, and resident retention initiatives to help achieve and sustain occupancy goals.
- Prepare lease agreements and related documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate move-in activities and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current residents and address any questions.
- Partner with property management and maintenance teams to uphold community standards and ensure resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in leasing, property management, real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to establish rapport, identify customer needs, and successfully convert prospects into residents
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations preferred
