LHH is partnering with an early-stage, product-focused technology company building a new data-driven platform for enterprise users. This team is tackling complex problems around how organizations operate and make decisions, using a mix of modern engineering practices and emerging technologies. This is a hybrid, onsite role in the SF Financial District.
This is a hands-on, Full Stack-AI Engineering role where you'll build product and own meaningful features end-to-end—from concept to deployment. You'll work closely with a small team to build and iterate quickly across both frontend and backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across modern web applications
- Take ownership of full lifecycle development (design ? build ? deploy)
- Work from early concepts and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools in your daily workflow
- Make pragmatic decisions around speed vs. scalability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a product-driven AI engineering environment
- Proven ownership of shipping product features end-to-end
- Strong experience with modern design tools (Cursor or Claude)
- Experience with either React / TypeScript or Python-based backend development
- Background working in B2B, enterprise SaaS environments, or early stage startups
- Ability to decide what's demo-grade and what needs hardening
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles
- Strong Portfolio or Github showcasing past and/or current work
- hadcn, Radix, or Tailwind experience is nice to have
