POSITION SUMMARY
As a Contract Administrator at Cardone Ventures, you will own the complete contract lifecycle management process, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. In this role, you'll be the central hub for all contract operations, managing workflows from creation through approval, execution, and renewal.
You'll ensure seamless contract administration across the entire organization, serving as the key resource for contract-related processes, compliance, and documentation. As the organization scales, you'll play a critical role in establishing and optimizing contract management systems and procedures that support our rapid growth.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- Leading the implementation and ongoing management of our contract lifecycle management system (Thomson Reuters/HighQ experience required)
- Owning end-to-end contract workflows from creation, drafting, and review through approval, execution, and renewal tracking
- Maintaining a comprehensive and organized contract repository while ensuring version control and document integrity
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all contract administration matters across departments
- Proactively tracking contract deadlines, renewal dates, and compliance obligations to prevent lapses and manage risk
- Establishing and refining contract administration processes and best practices that scale with organizational growth
OBJECTIVES
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle including creation, drafting support, review coordination, approval workflows, execution, and post-execution administration
- Maintain and organize the centralized contract repository, ensuring all agreements are properly stored, indexed, and easily retrievable
- Coordinate contract review and approval processes, managing timelines and communications with all stakeholders
- Track contract milestones including renewal dates, termination clauses, and compliance obligations to ensure timely action and avoid lapses
- Develop and maintain contract templates, approval matrices, and standard processes to ensure consistency and compliance
- Serve as the primary liaison between departments and the legal team on all contract-related matters
- Monitor contract performance and flag issues requiring legal review or escalation
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer on contract-related initiatives
COMPETENCIES
- Advanced expertise in contract management and complete contract lifecycle administration
- Mastery of contract management systems, particularly Thomson Reuters/HighQ or similar platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify contractual obligations, risks, and compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Systems-thinking mindset with ability to design and implement scalable processes and workflows
- Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Business-minded approach to supporting operational needs while maintaining legal compliance
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of contract administration function
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Paralegal Degree or Certification preferred; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Thomson Reuters/HighQ or similar contract lifecycle management platforms
- 5-10 years of dedicated contract management or contract administration experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Demonstrated experience managing contract repositories and document management systems
