* Requires a PhD with extensive bioinformatic analysis background
* Strong fluency in Python (required); working knowledge of R, MATLAB, or comparable scientific computing environments is a plus.
* Industry experience is not required
* Demonstrated ability to design and write clean, reusable functions, modules, and analysis pipelines - not just notebook-style scripting.
* Hands-on experience developing machine-learning or deep-learning models (training, evaluation, and deployment), particularly applied to imaging or single-cell data.
* Ability to communicate, educate and engage wet lab scientists
* Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $86,500 and $153,500 provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
