Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday | Work From Home Fridays
Employment Type: Contract ($24-$29/HR DOE)
Position Overview
A growing organization is seeking a motivated and driven Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts across multiple locations. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume and hourly positions.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against position requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track candidate activity and hiring metrics within the applicant tracking system.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Extend offers and assist with pre-employment processes as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, or high-volume coordination experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and make sound recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience.
