Saw Operator
Larson Systems, Inc. (LSI) is hiring a Saw Operator to support production of our high-end products. In this role, you'll cut aluminum and steel to precise measurements, keep work organized, and help move material efficiently to the next step in production.
What You'll Do
- Read and follow basic sawing instructions and work orders
- Make accurate cuts of aluminum and steel to required measurements
- Organize daily saw orders to support production flow
- Operate a crane to move product/material (training provided as needed)
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on saw equipment
- Keep the saw area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Shop Manager
What We're Looking For
- Prior saw operation experience and metal cutting required
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to read basic blueprints/measurements
- Dependable, able to work independently and meet daily workload demands
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Standing for much of the shift
- Frequent bending, pushing, and pulling materials
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
