All Terrain Painting & Repairs NW is growing, and we are looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Professional Painter to join our team. We are seeking someone with experience in both interior and exterior residential painting who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and teamwork.

Position Overview
This position includes a variety of residential and light commercial painting projects, including:
Interior repaints
Exterior repaints
New construction painting
Drywall prep and repairs ( Drywall experience is a plus)
Millwork and trim painting
Cabinet painting
Pressure washing and prep work
Spraying, brushing, and rolling applications
We are looking for painters who can work efficiently while maintaining a high level of detail and professionalism on every project.
Responsibilities
Properly prep, mask, cover, sand, caulk, and protect work areas
Apply paints, stains, primers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers
Perform drywall patching and minor repairs when needed
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Follow project scopes, schedules, and company procedures
Upload progress photos and communicate job progress as required
Ensure projects are completed to the company's quality standards
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred
Experience with both interior and exterior painting
Knowledge of prep work, masking, spraying, back rolling, and finish work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license preferred (required for advancement into lead positions and company vehicle use)
Ability to lift ladders, materials, and work on one's feet throughout the day
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience
Airless spraying experience
Millwork and cabinet finishing
Drywall repairs and texture matching
Experience working on ladders and multi-story homes
Knowledge of Sherwin-Williams and Rodda products
