To support a growing firm, the full-time Bilingual Virtual Assistant Recruiter will lead full-cycle hiring across various roles, focusing on sourcing and evaluating candidates while working remotely during evening hours and weekends. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, legal staff, operations, corporate teams, and Virtual Assistants Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and manage multiple candidate pipelines Track and manage recruiting metrics to drive performance and ensure a seamless candidate experience Required qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in legal or professional services Experience with SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System is preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Strong sourcing skills with a proven ability to build candidate pipelines Availability to work evenings until at least 10:00 PM EST and weekends
