We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will serve as a strategic HR partner, providing comprehensive human resources support across multiple companies and divisions within our organization. The ideal candidate is a versatile HR professional who thrives in a complex, multi-entity environment and can adapt HR strategies to meet the unique needs of diverse business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for multiple companies and divisions, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices across all entities
- Partner with leadership teams across each division to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with individual business unit goals and overall organizational objectives
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, across all supported companies and divisions
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local employment laws while accommodating the specific needs of each division
- Lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple business units, working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring equity and competitiveness across all divisions
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement
- Identify and drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives tailored to each division's workforce
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting across all companies and divisions, leveraging HRIS systems to track key metrics and trends
- Collaborate with legal counsel and senior leadership on complex employee relations matters, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7 – 10 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated experience supporting multiple business units, companies, or divisions
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and build relationships across diverse teams and organizational structures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience in a multi-entity or holding company environment
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
