Apprentice Plumber
We are adding apprentice plumbers to our team for several large scale construction projects in Knoxville and the surrounding areas! We are actively looking for apprentice plumbers with experience in commercial plumbing systems and equipment. Ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, fixing, and maintaining commercial construction plumbing systems. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work! This is a LONG-TERM project opportunity! We are offering a base pay of $21-$23/hr, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime and benefits available!
Responsibilities:
- Install various types of plumbing pipe and equipment
- Install PVC, sweat and solder copper and cast-iron pipes
- Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, urinals, fountains
- Install and maintain plumbing systems used for drainage, sewage and potable water
- Locate, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace plumbing equipment and fixtures as necessary
- Maintain site safety procedures and policies
- Read blueprints and other architectural or structural drawings
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Pre-Employment Screening
- Plumbing Experience 2+ years
Preferred:
- OSHA certification
- Commercial & Industrial installation experience
- Plumbing Experience 5+ years
- License or Apprenticeship documentation
