Forklift Operators on 1st/2nd shift (22+/hr)— Join a Team That Keeps Production Moving
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk , you'll be the go‐to expert ensuring every finished product leaves the facility accurately, safely, and on time. Your work keeps production flowing, customers satisfied, and the entire operation running smoothly.
You'll move between forklifts, inventory systems, and hands‐on packaging tasks — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and staying on their feet.
What You'll Do
- Manage Finished Goods — Take ownership of all outgoing products, preparing them for shipment with precision and care.
- Maintain Accurate Inventory — Perform routine inventory checks and keep digital records up to date.
- Use Warehouse Technology — Scan, track, and document product movement using computer systems and scanners.
- Operate Forklifts & Equipment — Safely operate stand‐up or Drexel‐style forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently.
- Package & Label Shipments — Box, label, and prepare products for transport with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle Materials Throughout the Facility — Pick, pack, stage, and organize products across the warehouse.
- Stay Active — Walk the facility, lift boxes (1–35 lbs), and occasionally use an industrial ladder to access storage areas.
- Support a Fast‐Paced Operation — Keep safety, quality, and efficiency at the forefront in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
What You Bring
- Forklift Expertise — 2+ years operating stand‐up or Drexel‐style forklifts.
- Warehouse Know‐How — Experience in fast‐paced warehouse or manufacturing environments.
- Inventory & Computer Skills — Comfortable checking and updating inventory using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Material Handling Ability — Skilled in picking, packing, labeling, and moving goods.
- Physical Readiness — Able to lift 1–35 lbs and work on an industrial ladder when needed.
- Attention to Detail — Accuracy in labeling, scanning, and documentation is essential.

Your Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
