Hybrid Banking Litigation Associate Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with banking litigation matters
- Demonstrated knowledge of Articles 3 and 4 of the UCC, as well as consumer protection statutes like EFTA, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, TILA, RESPA, and others.
- Proven litigation skills, including drafting motions, conducting discovery, and achieving successful outcomes in trials.
- Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
