Location: Bridgewater, MA - Old Colony Correctional Center and Massachusetts Treatment Center. Medication for Opioid Use Disorder Program
Schedule: Full-time. Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $92,000 - $106,500/annually

The Clinical Program Director is responsible for:
- The oversight of the day-to-day operations of SUDT services delivered at the assigned MA DOC location(s)
- Ensuring that clinical services are delivered in accordance with Spectrum's clinical philosophy and design, in accordance with evidence-based practices and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies
- Displaying knowledge with respect to all governing regulatory bodies and accreditation standards as they pertain to clinical services
- Maintaining a clinical caseload, as needed, to support patient care and SUDT operations.
- Working closely with the Executive Clinical Director and other management staff to ensure smooth operation, the delivery of quality services, and the coordination of all clinical services
