Extremely large manufacturing facility is looking to add to the executive team. This is a newly created role to help support the facility and streamline overall operations.

Maintenance Director Must Haves!
- Must comply with LOTO, HACCP, PPE and OSHA regulations
- Solid vendor management skills
- Ability to create SOPS to help productivity, quality, safety and profitability
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Significant experience as a maintenance manager leading a team
- Experience with Cap X projects and budgeting
- Knowledge with multiple skilled trades from HVAC, PLC's and troubleshooting all types of issues
- Flexible schedule as business dictates
- Great communicator in a diverse work environment
- Has worked in food production in some capacity
