Administrative Assistant / Operations Coordinator
Location: South Austin
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-5
Type: Direct Hire
Start Date: Mid-June

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to leadership and operational teams
- Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and general office coordination
- Support client communication, follow-up, and customer service initiatives
- Assist with preparation of proposals, contracts, presentations, and operational reports
- Maintain digital and physical records, documentation, and filing systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and operational documentation as needed
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and vendor communication
- Assist with onboarding support, internal workflows, and project tracking
- Answer phones, route inquiries, and maintain a professional front-facing presence
- Support special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, executive support, or operations experience required
- Experience within construction, engineering, professional services, real estate, or related industries preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Professional, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
