Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician, headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Service Technician will handle daily tasks including equipment maintenance and repair, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and providing comprehensive field service. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards in all facets of the job are integral to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of commercial or residential outdoor power equipment
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently
- Experience in providing Field Service and addressing on-site equipment needs
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to support and engage with clients effectively
- Additional Qualifications:
- Understanding of safety protocols related to power equipment
- Technical certification in mechanics or related fields is a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
