Adecco is hiring for a Production Worker for a manufacturer in Billerica! This is a temp to perm opportunity.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-430pm
Pay rate: $18 an hour
Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Start up, set up, and operate production machinery or assembly lines according to manufacturing instructions.
Assembly: Assemble parts or products by hand or by utilizing hand and power tools.
Quality Control: Monitor the production process, conduct routine testing, and remove faulty or damaged products from the line.
Packaging & Warehousing: Prepare finished goods for distribution by packing, labeling, and organizing them for shipment.
Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment, report malfunctions to supervisors, and keep the factory floor clean.
Safety: Strictly adhere to OSHA and internal health and safety guidelines, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience: Prior factory, manufacturing, or assembly line experience is highly valued
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours), perform repetitive tasks, and routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read work orders, blueprints, or production specifications.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
