Center Associate

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process shipping transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide packing services, ensuring items are securely packed for transit
- Operate office equipment including printers, copiers, and postage meters
- Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining balanced registers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support team members as needed to meet customer demands
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs
